Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1 cup light vanilla yogurt (my favorite is carbmaster from kroger)
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree (pure pumpkin, not pumpkin mix!)
- 3 tablespoons fat-free whipped topping
- 1 dash spice
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1 graham cracker square, crumbled (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix first 4 ingredients with a spoon until smooth.
- 2 fold in banana.
- 3 top with crumbled graham cracker.
- 4 enjoy!
