- 3 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn, drained
- 6 ounces monterey jack pepper cheese, pre shredded
- 6 ounces monterey jack cheese, pre shredded
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) can jalapenos, prechopped and drained
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- 2 cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- 3 serve with corn chips (frito's).
