Simple Shrimp Alfredo

Ingredients

- 8 ounces spinach fettuccine
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen italian vegetables
- 8 ounces alfredo sauce
- 8 ounces medium shrimp, tails peeled and cooked
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- lemon wedge
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta according to the directions on the package.
- 2 five minutes before it's done, stir the vegetables into the pot.
- 3 drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid.
- 4 return pasta and veggies to the pot.
- 5 stir in alfredo sauce, reserved cooking liquid, shrimp, cheese and lemon juice and cook until warm.
- 6 garnish with lemon.
