Shepherd's Pie - A Beef And Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 8 ounces tomato sauce
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
• 3 cups mashed potatoes
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
• 2 in skillet, brown the ground beef and saute with onion.
• 3 drain beef.
• 4 stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and celery salt.
• 5 pour mixture into a 1.5 quart (8x10) dish.
• 6 spread mashed potatoes over the beef mixture.
• 7 sprinkle top with cheese.
• 8 bake at 375°f for 30-35 minutes.
