Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1 cup skim milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 in a bowl combine flour and baking powder.
- 3 in another bowl combine milk and peanut butter.
- 4 mix wet and dry ingredients together. mix well.
- 5 turn out dough on a lightly floured surface and knead.
- 6 roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick and cut into shapes.
- 7 place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
- 8 cool on a rack and store in an airtight container.
