Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 4 ounces butter, room temp (1 stick)
Recipe
- 1 mix flour and sugar in a bowl.
- 2 add butter in in small chunks.
- 3 work with hands until you get a fine crumbley mixture that still sets when pressed.
- 4 press shortbread mixture an ungreased non-stick cookie sheet or pan.
- 5 bake for 30mins at 325 (time will vary depending on thickness) watch for it to turn a pale tan color.
