Shepherd's Pie (oamc)

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups carrots, grated
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (14 ounce) can corn, drained
  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • 7 1/2 cups ground beef, cooked
  • 6 cups make ahead mashed potatoes
