Ingredients

- 1 lb fish fillet, cubed1 inch
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 dashes paprika
- cayenne pepper, to-taste
Recipe
- 1 thread the pieces of fish skewers.
- 2 (if you're using bamboo skewers soak them in water 20 to 30 minutes first).
- 3 mix lemon juice and olive oil. brush skewers of fish.
- 4 sprinkle with paprika and cayenne.
- 5 (i go pretty light on the cayenne, just enough to add a slight taste).
- 6 grill over the barbeque, 3 to 4 minutes.
- 7 turn and cook until cooked through another 3 to 4 minutes.
