Skewers Of Fish

Total Time: 18 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fish fillet, cubed1 inch
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 dashes paprika
  • cayenne pepper, to-taste

Recipe

  • 1 thread the pieces of fish skewers.
  • 2 (if you're using bamboo skewers soak them in water 20 to 30 minutes first).
  • 3 mix lemon juice and olive oil. brush skewers of fish.
  • 4 sprinkle with paprika and cayenne.
  • 5 (i go pretty light on the cayenne, just enough to add a slight taste).
  • 6 grill over the barbeque, 3 to 4 minutes.
  • 7 turn and cook until cooked through another 3 to 4 minutes.
