- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 6 ounces crabmeat (drained, cartilage removed)
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mix cream cheese and ½ and ½ until smooth. stir in the rest of ingredients.
- 2 refrigerate until serving.
