Simple Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups biscuit mix (like bisquik)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup water or 1/3 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2 lightly spray or grease cookie sheet.
- 3 in a large bowl, add biscuit mix.
- 4 in a measuring cup, measure sour cream.
- 5 in the same measuring cup, add water.
- 6 stir well till it looks like milk.
- 7 add to biscuit mix, knead with fingers.
- 8 on a floured surface, roll out dough balls into flour to about 1/2 inch thick. cut with a cookie cutter or rim of a glass.
- 9 bake for 10 minutes.
