Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

- 1 (17 ounce) package hormel fully cooked meatloaf
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 3 cups prepared instant mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, crumble meat loaf.
- 2 add vegetables and soup.
- 3 meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions.
- 4 stir cheese into prepared potatoes.
- 5 place meat mixture into a 10-in. deep-pie plate.
- 6 top with prepared mashed potatoes.
- 7 place pie plate baking sheet.
- 8 bake at 400 degrees for 20=25 minutes or unti hot and potatoes are golden brown.
- 9 sprinkle with parsley if desired.
