Ingredients

- 3/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses (optional)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
Recipe
- 1 bread:.
- 2 proof yeast with the water and honey.
- 3 add oil and flour with salt.
- 4 knead until ball forms.
