Sfeeha

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoons powdered milk

Recipe

  • 1 bread:.
  • 2 proof yeast with the water and honey.
  • 3 add oil and flour with salt.
  • 4 knead until ball forms.
