Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup gram flour (beasan)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups ghee
- 1 cup freshly grated coconut
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup almonds
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl combine together all ingredients except the cashews and almonds.
- 2 pour the mixture into a non-stick pan.
- 3 cook on low heat until the mixture thickens(takes about 40 minutes).
- 4 fold in the chopped cashews and almonds.
- 5 stir for another 10 minutes.
- 6 grease a plate with ghee.
- 7 pour the mixture into it and spread it evenly.
- 8 cut into square or diamond shapes immediately.
- 9 allow it to settle down.
- 10 garnish with finely chopped cashews and almonds before serving.
- 11 enjoy!
