Seven Cups Delight

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup gram flour (beasan)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups ghee
  • 1 cup freshly grated coconut
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/4 cup almonds

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl combine together all ingredients except the cashews and almonds.
  • 2 pour the mixture into a non-stick pan.
  • 3 cook on low heat until the mixture thickens(takes about 40 minutes).
  • 4 fold in the chopped cashews and almonds.
  • 5 stir for another 10 minutes.
  • 6 grease a plate with ghee.
  • 7 pour the mixture into it and spread it evenly.
  • 8 cut into square or diamond shapes immediately.
  • 9 allow it to settle down.
  • 10 garnish with finely chopped cashews and almonds before serving.
  • 11 enjoy!
