Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 waffle cones
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup lingonberries or 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Recipe
- 1 Melt sugar in a pan together with lingonberries, and simmer until mixed together, about 5 minutes.
- 2 Allow to cool.
- 3 Whip cream until fairly stiff, fold into lingonberry mix and fill cones, just before serving.
