Ingredients

- 5 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped shallots
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- honey mustard
Recipe
- 1 Cook bacon, reserve 2 tsp of fab in skillet. Add shallot. Cook about 2 minutes. Whisk in vinegar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over spinach salad.
