Spinach Rolls

Ingredients
- Servings: 48
- 1 package big flour tortilla (Burrito size)
- 1 package hidden valley ranch dressing mix
- 1 (3 ounce) jar hormel real bacon bits
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 (10 ounce) packages chopped frozen spinach
Recipe
- 1 Defrost spinach and squeeze out water.
- 2 Mix all ingredients together.
- 3 Spread on tortillas to about 1/2" from edge.
- 4 Roll.
- 5 Refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
- 6 Cut into 1"inch pieces.
