Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar substitute (splenda)
- 1/2 cup reduced-calorie strawberry jam (or other flavor)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups strawberries
- 16 ounces rhubarb
- 1/4 cup tapioca
- 1 pie crust
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar substitute (Splenda)
Recipe
- 1 Mix sugar, jam and juice.
- 2 Add berries, rhubarb and tapioca.
- 3 Pour fruit in crust.
- 4 Put top on.
- 5 Brush with milk and Splenda.
