Strawberry Pie

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar substitute (splenda)
  • 1/2 cup reduced-calorie strawberry jam (or other flavor)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cups strawberries
  • 16 ounces rhubarb
  • 1/4 cup tapioca
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar substitute (Splenda)

Recipe

  • 1 Mix sugar, jam and juice.
  • 2 Add berries, rhubarb and tapioca.
  • 3 Pour fruit in crust.
  • 4 Put top on.
  • 5 Brush with milk and Splenda.
