Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely diced shallot
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chiffonade
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
