Polish Kapusta

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 7 inches kielbasa, cubed
  • 1 quart sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 carrots, shredded

Recipe

  • 1 cook onion and kielbasa in frying pan until onions are translucent.
  • 2 drain liquid from sauerkraut.
  • 3 mix all ingredients together.
  • 4 transfer to a buttered casserole dish.
  • 5 bake in a 350 degree fahrenheit oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
