Smoked Turkey Wraps

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup stone ground mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 12 ounces thinly sliced smoked turkey
- 8 turkey bacon, slices cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups loosely packed baby spinach or 2 cups arugula leaves
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, whisk together mustard, honey and vinegar.
- 2 place tortillas on a work surface.
- 3 spread honey mustard mixture equally in center of each tortilla.
- 4 top with turkey, bacon and spinach.
- 5 fold both edges over filling.
- 6 roll up and serve immediately or wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 7 cut in half and serve immediately.
