Stove-top " Glazed " Carrots

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (1 lb) bag baby carrots
  • 1/4 cup your favorite brand catalina dressing
  • 2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon

Recipe

  • 1 place carrots in a large saucepan, add catalina dressing, and toss to coat.
  • 2 cover, and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 remove from heat, and stir in almonds and tarragon.
