Ingredients
- 1 lb rhubarb
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 lb strawberry
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Recipe
- 1 Put rhubarb and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 Cook, stirring often, until rhubarb is cooked (it should mush up like applesauce).
- 3 Put rhubarb mixtures, strawberries and yogurt into a blender and puree.
- 4 Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
