Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 3 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange rind

Recipe

  • 1 Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 Then place then in to a pie plate on top of a crust.
  • 3 Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • 4 Then bake for roughly 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 5 Let stand.
