Ingredients
- 4 cups chopped rhubarb
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
Recipe
- 1 Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 Then place then in to a pie plate on top of a crust.
- 3 Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
- 4 Then bake for roughly 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 5 Let stand.
