Russian Tea With Fruit

Total Time: 8 mins Preparation Time: 4 mins Cook Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon loose black tea
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 4 cubes sugar
  • 4 lemon slices
  • 4 teaspoons cherry preserves

Recipe

  • 1 Put tea in a container that will preserve heat and pour 1 cup boiling water over it. Let it steep for 3 minutes.
  • 2 Strain 1/4 cup tea into each tea cup. Fill with boiling water.
  • 3 Put 1/4 of the sugar, lemon, and preserves in each cup to taste.
  • 4 Stir and serve.
