- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 4 strawberries, garnish
Recipe
- 1 preheat broiler.
- 2 spread the sour cream in a broiler safe glass pan.
- 3 sprinkle with brown sugar.
- 4 broil until sugar has caramelized.
- 5 cool slightly.
- 6 add strawberries.
- 7 toss to coat.
- 8 refrigerate for 8 hours.
