Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes

Total Time: 9 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 9 hrs

Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes
  • oil (optional) or butter (optional)
  • salt (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 scrub/wash potatoes and then dry.
  • 2 poke with fork so they don't burst.
  • 3 if desired, rub potatoes w/optional seasonings, i use a bit of oil and sprinkle them with kosher salt.
  • 4 place potatoes in slow cooker. (no foil wrapping necessary).
  • 5 cover, cook on low 8-10 hours.

  • 7 wash potatoes night before, for quick prep the next day.
  • 8 the skins come out a bit soft so be careful when you remove them.
  • 9 i used russet potatoes and they came out great.
