Slow Cooked Mushroom Lamb Tenderloins

Total Time: 4 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 (1 lb) lamb tenderloin
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed french onion soup, undiluted
  • hot mashed potatoes (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place lamb in a slow cooker.
  • 2 in a bowl, combine the soups; stir until smooth.
  • 3 pour over lamb.
  • 4 cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the meat is tender.
  • 5 serve with mashed potatoes if desired.
