Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 10 ounces mushrooms, halved
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can beef broth
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 (8 ounce) container philadelphia chive & onion cream cheese, spread
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 place meat, mushrooms, onion and garlic in slow cooker. add broth, paprika and salt. cover with lid.
- 2 cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (or on high for 3 to 4 hours).
- 3 cook noodles as directed on package just before serving. meanwhile, add cream cheese spread and sour cream to meat mixture in slow cooker; stir until well blended. drain pasta; place in serving bowl. add meat mixture; mix lightly. sprinkle with parsley.
