Ingredients

- 30 lbs hamburger
- 1 1/4 cups chopped onions
- 1 1/4 cups chopped green peppers
- 7 1/2 cups chopped celery
- 6 1/4 quarts tomato juice
- 2 1/2 cups vinegar
- 15 tablespoons brown sugar
- 5 teaspoons dry mustard
- 7 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 3 3/4 cups catsup
Recipe
- 1 brown hamburger and combine with rest of ingredients.
- 2 simmer until ready to serve.
- 3 times are approximately.
