Ingredients
- 4 cups peeled and chopped apples
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup apple
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in slow cooker and stir. cover and cook on high for 1 hour.
- 2 continue cooking on low for up to 10 hours. puree with a stick blender until smooth.
- 3 keeps in refrigerator, tightly covered for up to 6 weeks.
