Ingredients

- 12 fresh figs, washed (ripe figs)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons red wine
- yogurt or cream, for serving
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f.
- 2 score top of each fig with a sharp knife.
- 3 place figs on baking sheet; sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with red wine.
- 4 bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until softened.
- 5 transfer to serving places and spoon the thickened red wine sauce over figs.
- 6 serve with yogurt or cream.
