- 1 1/2 lbs broccoli, trimmed
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 cut broccoli in florets. steam. transfer to a serving dish.
- 2 in small bowl, whisk together garlic, tahini, water, miso and lemon juice. drizzle over broccoli.
