Simple Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 put egg yolks in a bowl, add mustard and mix well.
