Sugar Paste (fondant Icing)

Ingredients
- 750 g icing sugar
- 1 tablespoon gelatin
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon glycerin
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons liquid glucose
Recipe
- 1 sieve icing sugar.
- 2 keep aside.
- 3 place water in a double boiler.
- 4 sprinkle gelatin and keep stirring.
- 5 add glycerin and liquid glucose to the gelatin.
- 6 stir well.
- 7 make a well in the icing sugar.
- 8 pour the mixture in the centre.
- 9 add egg .
- 10 knead to form a soft dough.
- 11 store in an airtight container.
