- 1 cup stewed beans (lima if possible)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
- 1/4-1/2 cup cream
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cook beans until tender.
- 2 add the corn pulp and cook for 5 minutes once it starts boiling.
- 3 add butter and seasonings.
- 4 if there is enough liquid with the beans, the cream may be omitted.
