Succotash

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup stewed beans (lima if possible)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
  • 1/4-1/2 cup cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cook beans until tender.
  • 2 add the corn pulp and cook for 5 minutes once it starts boiling.
