Southern Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 eggs
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (9 inch) pie crusts, unbaked

Recipe

• 1 cream margarine and sugar together. mix in eggs and flour and beat until fluffy. fold in vanilla and buttermilk. pour in unbaked pie crust.
• 2 bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
