Roe Petal Lemonade

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup dried rose petals or 3/4 cup fresh rose petals
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 quarts ice
  • 4 cups sparkling water or 4 cups club soda

Recipe

  • 1 pour boiling water over the rose petals.
  • 2 let it steep for 10 minuites.
  • 3 strain the liquide in to a pitcher and throw away the rest.
  • 4 stir in the sugar & lemon juice & continue stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  • 5 put a few fresh petals in the pitcher & fill with ice.
  • 6 finally pour in the sparkling water.
