Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 onion
- 1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 (15 ounce) can low salt tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce (a-1)
- hot sauce (i use texas pete)
Recipe
- 1 brown garlic, pepper, and onion. add ground chuck and brown. add all other ingredients and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- 2 serve on buns or roll in tortilla.
