Sirloin Tips In

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs beef sirloin
  • meat tenderizer
  • 4 tablespoons oil, for browning
  • 3/4 cup burgundy
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 5 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can sliced mushrooms

Recipe

  • 1 remove fat and fiber from meat.
  • 2 cut into bite-size pieces.
  • 3 sprinkle with meat tenderizer at least one hour before cooking.
  • 4 in a large frying pan, brown meat on all sides.
