Sirloin Tips With Garlic Butter

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup dry white
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 lbs sirloin, cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dry

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 5 ingredients & stir garlic butter well.
  • 2 melt 3 tablespoons butter in skillet on med-high heat.
  • 3 add onion& cook 3 minutes till golden.
  • 4 add mushrooms & cook 4 minutes till tender.
  • 5 remove from skillet.
  • 6 sprinkle steak with salt & pepper.
  • 7 melt 3 tablespoons butter over med.
  • 8 high heat & add steak.
  • 9 cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  • 10 return onion/mushroom mix to skillet & stir in .
  • 11 cook till thoroughly heated & serve over rice.
