Sirloin Tips With Garlic Butter

Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup dry white
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 1/2 lbs sirloin, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons dry
Recipe
- 1 combine first 5 ingredients & stir garlic butter well.
- 2 melt 3 tablespoons butter in skillet on med-high heat.
- 3 add onion& cook 3 minutes till golden.
- 4 add mushrooms & cook 4 minutes till tender.
- 5 remove from skillet.
- 6 sprinkle steak with salt & pepper.
- 7 melt 3 tablespoons butter over med.
- 8 high heat & add steak.
- 9 cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- 10 return onion/mushroom mix to skillet & stir in .
- 11 cook till thoroughly heated & serve over rice.
