Sirloin Steak With Tomatoes And Garlic (for 1 Double For 2)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 6 ounces boneless sirloin steaks
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • 1/4 cup red
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, cut into eight wedges
  • your favourite seasoning salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 season both sides of steak with meat seasoning salt and pepper.
  • 2 heat oil in frypan over medium heat.
  • 3 brown each side of the meat, with the garlic, for 12 minutes, depending on your preference of rareness.
