Slow Cooked Stew

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 place stew meat in slow cooker.
  • 2 mix soup, soup mix and water until smooth. pour over stew meat. cover and cook on high for 4 hours.
  • 3 remove from slow cooker and allow to cool. place in freezer bags. label and freeze.
  • 4 to serve: thaw. heat until hot and bubbly. serve over potatoes, rice or noodles.
