Skinny Protein Salad

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped seeded cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions or 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped olive (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix everything together.
  • 2 chill 1 hour if you're not starving now.
  • 3 eat.
