Slam Dunk Cheeseburger Bites

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 frozen meatballs, thawed
  • 1 (2 ounce) package miniature phyllo cups (15 shells)
  • 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded, divided
  • 1/4 cup ketchup, divided
  • 8 bread and butter pickles, halved, divided

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 halve each meatball and set aside.
  • 3 remove phyllo shells from their plastic tray; place shells in a small baking dish.
  • 4 place about 2 teaspoons cheddar cheese into each shell.
  • 5 spoon about 1/2 teaspoon ketchup over cheese.
  • 6 place a pickle half on top of ketchup.
  • 7 top each with a meatball half, rounded side up.
  • 8 bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until shells are golden and crispy.
  • 9 serve hot.
  • 10 makes 15 completely addicting and fun appetizers that look like little basketballs in a basket!
