Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 2 cups spinach (or up to 3 cups, organic is always best)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 -2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana (frozen, if you have it)
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
Recipe
- 1 blend everything in the blender.
- 2 garnish with a strawberry.
- 3 enjoy!
- 4 (note - servings are large).
