Slammin' Sunrise "green" Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups spinach (or up to 3 cups, organic is always best)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 -2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 banana (frozen, if you have it)
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds

Recipe

  • 1 blend everything in the blender.
  • 2 garnish with a strawberry.
  • 3 enjoy!
  • 4 (note - servings are large).
