Ingredients
- Servings: 48
- 2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and cubed
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil (we used basil infused oil and it was delicious)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 pinches pepper, freshly ground
Recipe
- 1 put everything into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
