Red Pepper Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • Servings: 48
  • 2 medium red bell peppers, seeded and cubed
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup olive oil (we used basil infused oil and it was delicious)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches pepper, freshly ground

Recipe

  • 1 put everything into a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
