Nancy's Fruit Salad

ingredients

  • servings: 8
  • 1 cantaloupe - peeled, seeded, and cubed
  • 2 red apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 (12 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice
  • 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut (optional)

recipe

    preparation time: 15 mins ready time: 15 mins

  • layer about half the cantaloupe in the bottom of a large bowl; top with layers of about half the apple slices, half the grapes, and half the mandarin oranges in juice. repeat the layering.
  • top the salad with coconut to serve.
