Sloppy Joes

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs ground round
• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons mustard
• 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 1 (8 count) package buns or 1 (8 count) package kaiser rolls

Recipe

• 1 brown meat, drain.
• 2 add salt and onions and cook to soften onions.
• 3 make sauce with the other ingredients.
• 4 mix sauce and meat and simmer for 1 hour.
• 5 serve on your choice of buns/rolls.
