Ingredients

- 1 (16 1/3 ounce) can large refrigerated biscuits
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 (16 ounce) jar thick & chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 prepare biscuits according to package directions.
- 2 cook ground lamb over med heat until moisture has evaporated and lamb browns.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients. heat through.
- 4 to serve: cut biscuits in half.
- 5 spoon lamb mixture bottom half of biscuit and top with top half.
