Shepherd's Pasta Bake

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 lb ground lamb
• 2 eggs
• 1 large onion, peeled and coarsely chopped
• 3 large carrots, peeled and shredded
• 1 (16 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon garlic granules
• salt and pepper
• 1 lb small shell pasta, cooked and drained

Recipe

• 1 mix all the ingredients except for the cooked pasta shells together.
• 2 add the pasta and thoroughly combine.
• 3 bake covered in a 350°f oven for 1 1/4 hours.
• 4 uncover for an additional 10 minutes to get a crunchy top.
